February "Share the Love" Challenge

This month is a time of reflection on the heart. Gazing into your own soul and accepting what you find there.  Creating the ability to love yourself so you can love others, unconditionally.  Let's take the first step by mindful awareness this month each day ending on a day meant to honour LOVE, Valentine's Day!

Simply gestures they are, yet often we overlook their simplicity as we move through our day of structure.  Let us take a moment each day to take more time for our breath to slow, our mind to ease and our hearts to grow.

Be a blessing to someone, someone you love or a stranger.  Be the light you are meant to be and shine a ray of happiness on another's soul.

Don't be frustrated to miss a day because there is always tomorrow. Or is there? Trying is the first step to acknowledging to make a change. Change is hard, awkward and often uncomfortable, but is necessary to become who we are meant to be.

Have a blessed month full of love.  My prayer is that we all live in equanimity, peace, and balance with an abundance of LOVE!
