During this season of change, let's ignite the natural fire that burns within us (Manipura chakra/energy center) and enjoy a blessed life.
- Get a good nights sleep. Easier said than done, I know, but don't worry about the little things!
- Make sunshine a part of your day. (It may appear to be hiding , but keep looking!)
- Exercise regularly. Try yoga!
- Introduce healthier food options. (Try a meatless Monday!)
- Do something nice for someone; it feels so good!
- Use essential oils daily; I love doTERRA!
- Give positive thinking a try!
- Find a quiet place and meditate; just close your eyes and breathe...
- Achieve a goal, big or small. (Hint: make a list and cross off items when completed!)
- Express gratitude daily. Imagine only having today what you were grateful for yesterday.
