Boost Your Mood Naturally

How, you ask? With these simple things listed below that we make so difficult or lose focus on because of our daily distractions. Life can through us curve balls , but with present moment awareness and a deeper respect for self and others (Yamas and Niyamas) we can cultivate a richer garden that yields beauty, love and peace!
During this season of change, let's ignite the natural fire that burns within us (Manipura chakra/energy center) and enjoy a blessed life.


  1. Get a good nights sleep. Easier said than done, I know, but don't worry about the little things!
  2. Make sunshine a part of your day. (It may appear to be hiding , but keep looking!)
  3. Exercise regularly. Try yoga!
  4. Introduce healthier food options. (Try a meatless Monday!)
  5. Do something nice for someone; it feels so good!
  6. Use essential oils daily; I love doTERRA!
  7. Give positive thinking a try!
  8. Find a quiet place and meditate; just close your eyes and breathe...
  9. Achieve a goal, big or small. (Hint: make a list and cross off items when completed!)
  10. Express gratitude daily. Imagine only having today what you were grateful for yesterday.
